I concur with all the other customers who have bought this machine. I actually named the sleeve part Revi. Short for revalitize. High blood pressure and nerve damage getting an erection WAS difficult. This machine took care of that. Two thumbs up

very nice toy. i definitely would order another one if this one just so happens to break.. have not used the suction cup because i’m very specific about things but overall very nice toy and i can’t last through 2 settings changes, so that should tell you everything.
